The Leisure Centre Attendant role at our hotel is an exciting opportunity for those who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and providing excellent customer service.
Job Description:As a Leisure Centre Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the club during opening hours. This includes handling queries from members, assisting with marketing and upselling initiatives, and performing general cleaning duties.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the first point of contact for members, responding to queries in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist in promoting the club and its services to members and non-members alike
- Perform routine cleaning tasks to maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
- Fluent English language skills and excellent communication skills
- Flexibility in working hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Poll lifeguard certification is essential
- First Aid certification is desirable
- National Coaching Education Foundation (NCEF) qualification or equivalent is preferred
