Fitness & Class Instructor role at NRG Health & Fitness / Xpress
NRG Health & Fitness are recruiting for a Fitness Instructor. We are looking for an adaptable, reliable and enthusiastic individual who can deliver an excellent level of service. To work as a Fitness Instructor/ Personal Trainer you will need to hold qualifications in group exercise instruction & personal training. We are looking for someone who can work on a shift basis to include mornings, evenings and weekends. You will need to be punctual and reliable.
Location: Galway, County Galway, Ireland (in person).
Responsibilities- Carrying out fitness assessments, consultations and inductions with members.
- Delivering a wide variety of group exercise classes (e.g., Spinning, Pump, Pilates, Strength & Conditioning, Kettlebells).
- Supervising members to ensure safe and effective exercise.
- Personal Training with members as required.
- Ensuring the gym is kept clean and tidy and that safety procedures are followed.
- Qualifications in group exercise instruction & personal training.
- Previous experience is essential.
