Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to lead our fitness classes.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be adaptable, reliable, and enthusiastic, with the ability to deliver a high level of service.

To excel in this role, you will need to hold relevant qualifications in group exercise instruction and personal training.

You must be punctual and reliable, with the ability to work on a shift basis, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

  • Conduct fitness assessments, consultations, and inductions with members.
  • Develop and deliver a diverse range of group exercise classes, including Spinning, Pump, Pilates, Strength & Conditioning, and Kettlebells.
  • Ensure members exercise safely and effectively by providing supervision and guidance.
  • Offer personal training services.
  • Maintain a clean and safe gym environment, adhering to established safety procedures.
