Overview

NRG Health & Fitness / Xpress is recruiting for a Fitness Instructor / Personal Trainer. We are looking for an adaptable, reliable and enthusiastic individual who can deliver an excellent level of service. To work as a Fitness Instructor / Personal Trainer you will need to hold qualifications in group exercise instruction & personal training. You should be able to work on a shift basis including mornings, evenings and weekends. Punctuality and reliability are essential.

Responsibilities
  • Carrying out fitness assessments, consultations and inductions with members.
  • Delivering a wide variety of group exercise classes; Spinning, Pump, Pilates, Strength & Conditioning, Kettlebells, etc.
  • Supervising members to make sure that they are exercising safely and effectively.
  • Personal Training.
  • Ensuring the gym is kept clean and tidy & safety procedures are being followed.
Qualifications
  • Hold qualifications in group exercise instruction & personal training.
  • Previous experience is essential.
Schedule & Location
  • Work Location: In person
  • Shift pattern to include mornings, evenings and weekends
  • Day shift; Weekend availability
