The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical skills, including design control policies, product development planning, and root cause analysis. Strong communication and project management skills are also essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead engineering efforts to develop new tracheostomy products and improve existing ones
- Collaborate with technical experts, clinicians, marketing, and manufacturing teams to drive innovation
- Participate in Front End Innovation activities to identify market opportunities and generate new ideas
- Interface with suppliers, Engineering, Sourcing, Quality, and Regulatory Affairs to ensure successful project delivery
Education / Experience Requirements:
