The role of a Product Development Manager involves overseeing the development and implementation of product plans, ensuring they align with business goals. This includes managing cross-functional teams to develop back-end and front-end systems.
You will be responsible for developing technical plans, contributing to our technical architecture as we scale our products to serve millions of people every day. You will also write code, which integrates various technologies that form the core of our infrastructure.
This is an opportunity to work on exciting scaling challenges and build a robust platform where your expertise can be applied to areas such as building a beautiful composer, rule matching, deliverability, security, app availability and machine learning.
To succeed in this role, you need 5+ years of industry experience in software engineering, preferably building a SaaS product. You should have deep knowledge of programming languages, experience collaborating directly with product teams and designers, and a proven track record of delivering value to customers or users.
