Job Opportunity: SaaS Implementation Specialist

As a seasoned consultant, you will play a pivotal role in guiding customers through the implementation lifecycle of an AI-driven solution that optimizes scheduling and planning for QC laboratories and Cell & Gene Therapy facilities.

This entails analyzing business processes, preparing and leading customer workshops to uncover current set-up, value expectations, and current ways of working. You will also dive deep into operational workflows of laboratories and supply chains, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and productivity with business-savvy configuration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and configure solutions by collaborating with the Solution Team to translate business challenges into actionable solutions.
  • Perform hands-on configuration, adapting the solution to fit complex customer requirements.
  • Develop and execute testing strategies to ensure high-quality deployments.
  • Lead strategic implementations by managing end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
  • Engage and educate stakeholders by clearly communicating project plans, design choices, and implementation risks to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Consulting expertise: demonstrated ability to lead client-facing workshops and build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly grasp new concepts and apply them effectively.
  • SaaS implementation experience: minimum 3 years of experience in SaaS implementations, management consulting, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience configuring and deploying business software solutions, such as ERP, supply chain, or laboratory systems.
  • Technical and analytical strengths: experience with data analysis, able to interpret and troubleshoot dataflows.
  • Familiar with data visualization and supporting users in interpreting dashboards.
  • Exceptional communication skills: skilled at simplifying complex concepts for diverse audiences, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
