Job Title: Retail Assistant

The role of a retail assistant is to provide exceptional customer service and support the store team in achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting retail leads and floor managers in training new employees
  • Supporting various store departments, including operating cash registers and recommending products
  • Informing consumers and teammates about product features and services
  • Improving knowledge via tools and training courses to stay up-to-date on sales trends and industry best practices

Requirements for success:

  • Customer service and/or retail experience preferred
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
  • Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques
  • Flexibility with scheduling and availability to work retail hours
