We are seeking a skilled Spa Receptionist to join our team in a luxurious spa environment.

Job Overview
  • This role involves handling internal and external calls professionally, processing reservations and inquiries for treatments, and maintaining a clean and well-stocked spa environment.
Responsibilities
  1. Handle internal and external calls efficiently, ensuring excellent customer service skills.
  2. Process reservations and inquiries for treatments, working closely with the spa team.
  3. Maintain a clean and well-stocked spa environment, collaborating with the spa cleaner and attendants.
  4. Deal with guest requests promptly, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
  5. Check-in guests professionally, providing necessary information during their stay.
  6. Liaise with other departments regarding billing procedures, reservations, and requests.
  7. Familiarize yourself with groups, conferences, and meetings in the resort daily.
  8. Complete daily reports on time, ensuring seamless communication among team members.
  9. Ensure the oncoming receptionist is up-to-date with business status, promoting a smooth transition.
  10. Promote a positive working atmosphere at all times, fostering teamwork and collaboration.
Requirements
  • You should be flexible in your working hours and available to work Saturdays.
  • You must be qualified to QQI Level 5&6, ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO or equivalent.
  • You should have previous experience as a Spa Therapist or be a recent graduate looking to gain valuable experience.
  • You should have excellent customer service skills, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
