Chef De Partie Opportunity

As a skilled Chef De Partie, you will be integral to the success of our kitchen team in Galway. We are seeking a talented individual who shares our passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

About the Role:
  • Manage and maintain your designated kitchen section, ensuring high standards of food preparation, presentation, and hygiene are consistently met.
  • Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating an environment that fosters innovation and teamwork.
  • Develop and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support as they grow within the team.
  • Contribute to stock control, ordering, and waste minimisation strategies to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver seamless service during busy periods.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Chef De Partie or equivalent experience as a Commis Chef looking to progress.
  • Flexibility with working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be living in Ireland and hold the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.
