With the support of at least one other chef on duty at all times, you will have the constant collaboration needed to thrive and grow professionally.Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepping and cooking menu items in accordance with the pub's recipes and standards.
  • Managing a specific section of the kitchen, maintaining order and efficiency.
  • Working collaboratively with the team to deliver excellent food and service.
  • Maintaining hygiene and safety protocols at all times in the kitchen.
What You'll Need:
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar culinary role, preferably within a gastropub or restaurant setting.
  • A passion for culinary arts and a desire to contribute to a team-oriented environment.
  • Reliability and commitment to quality in both food preparation and kitchen management.
