Product Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Product Development Specialist to provide technical support to engineers in set-up and calibration tasks, as well as perform rework and quality testing related to the production of parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement delivery systems for client companies, ensuring timely and efficient product delivery.
- Assemble, test, and package complex mechanical devices following written and verbal instructions.
- Collaborate with Engineers to design and develop assembly methods, improving product quality and reducing costs.
- Maintain accurate work records, including engineering notebooks and routers, to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Train assemblers, technicians, and engineers in assembly methods, enhancing their skills and knowledge.
- Manage inventory records accurately, minimizing waste and maximizing resource utilization.
- Conduct in-process testing to guarantee that products meet specifications, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Techncial Diploma is advantageous, but not essential.
- Braiding and lamination experience is desirable, as is Balloon Catheter development or manufacturing experience.
