Childcare Manager Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Childcare Centre Manager to oversee the daily operations of our creche and preschool. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for creating a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for young children.

Main Responsibilities
  • Taking day-to-day responsibility for both children and staff
  • Ensuring high standards of care at the service
Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum Level 7 Childcare Qualification
  • At least 3 years experience in a similar role
  • The ability to lead a team
  • Kindness and empathy
  • Good communication skills with children, parents, and other team members
  • A comprehensive knowledge of relevant childcare legislation and regulations
Working Hours and Salary

This role involves working 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. The salary is €20 to €25 per hour, depending on experience.
