Support Worker Job Opportunity

As a dedicated support worker, you will be working with the Nurse on Call team to assist individuals with intellectual disabilities in various settings. The ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, patience, and empathy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing daily support to clients with intellectual disabilities
  • Assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing and dressing
  • Administering medication and recording vital signs
  • Preparing meals and snacks according to dietary requirements
  • Maintaining a safe and clean environment
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • HCA or RGN/RNID qualification
  • EU work permit required
  • Ability to work day and night shifts, including rotating shifts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience, empathy, and understanding of people with intellectual disabilities
