**Job Role:**

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our team.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in the preparation of cost estimates and project budgets, assisting with cost control, monitoring, and reporting of projects. They will also conduct site visits to assess progress and compare against project schedules.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Measure and value work done on-site, ensuring accurate record-keeping
  • Assist with procurement of materials and services, focusing on cost-effectiveness
  • Collaborate closely with senior quantity surveyors and project managers to prepare and submit payment applications and invoices

**Required Qualifications and Skills:**

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Project)
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities

**Desirable Skills:**

  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations
  • Knowledge of construction software such as AutoCAD or similar
