Job Title: Senior Equipment Maintenance Engineer

We are currently recruiting an ambitious and enthusiastic Maintenance Engineer for our Limerick site.

The successful candidate will be situated in our cleanroom class 10 Wafer Fabrication facility and perform duties including:

  • Supporting daily operations of semiconductor manufacturing facilities with proven skills in effective problem solving, troubleshooting and root cause failure analysis
  • Leading cross-functional teams in a systematic approach to continuous improvement, using data-driven analysis and decision-making
  • Driving continuous improvement of KPIs such as % Availability, Mean-Time-To-Repair (MTTR) & Mean-Time-Between-Failure (MTBF)

The tools we use offer exciting aspects including Electronics, High Vacuum, Pneumatics, and Robotics.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • 6-10 years of experience - Maintenance Technician or Engineer, ideally from a highly regulated environment or an Equipment Maintenance role within the Semiconductor industry
  • Capable of demonstrating analytical troubleshooting methods (Root Cause Analysis, 8D Problem Solving, 5-why), and First Time Right repair skills
  • Able to follow preventative maintenance and Standard Work procedures
  • Analog Devices adopts a Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) strategy. Prior experience in TPM is desirable
