Job Title: Sales Expert

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a driven and experienced sales professional to join our team based in Tralee.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining store presentation and cleanliness, managing point-of-sale processes, and responding to sales enquiries.
  • This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a passion for interior design and a flair for sales to make a real impact in a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer expert advice on products efficiently and professionally to customers.
  • Maintain highest standards of store presentation and cleanliness.
  • Manage point-of-sale processes, including cash, card & credit transactions.
  • Load and unload bathroom ware & tiles.
  • Respond to sales enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide customers with information such as stock availability, products, pricing, and lead times.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in showroom sales highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Full Irish Driving License preferred.
  • Interest in interior design and a flair for design.
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding weekly & monthly targets.
  • Knowledge of computer software such as Word, Excel & Intact.
