The Opportunity
As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will be at the forefront of shaping our technical strategy, leading high-performing teams, and ensuring our manufacturing processes remain compliant, efficient, and innovative.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop multi-disciplinary engineering teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Inspire teams through clear vision, open communication, and shared goals.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of team management.
- Develop and execute engineering strategies that align with our goals and regulatory requirements.
- Oversight complex engineering projects from concept through to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Drive operational improvements and lean manufacturing practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure all engineering activities meet industry-specific regulations (e.g., ISO, FDA, GMP) and internal quality standards.
- Collaborate with quality and compliance teams to embed best practices in all engineering processes.
About You
- Proven experience in engineering leadership roles within regulated manufacturing environments.
- Strong track record of building, developing, and inspiring high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead change and bring teams along on the journey toward shared success.
- Deep understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks and quality management systems.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Degree-qualified in Engineering or related field; advanced qualifications advantageous.
