The Opportunity

As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will be at the forefront of shaping our technical strategy, leading high-performing teams, and ensuring our manufacturing processes remain compliant, efficient, and innovative.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead, mentor, and develop multi-disciplinary engineering teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.
  2. Inspire teams through clear vision, open communication, and shared goals.
  3. Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of team management.
  4. Develop and execute engineering strategies that align with our goals and regulatory requirements.
  5. Oversight complex engineering projects from concept through to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  6. Drive operational improvements and lean manufacturing practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  7. Ensure all engineering activities meet industry-specific regulations (e.g., ISO, FDA, GMP) and internal quality standards.
  8. Collaborate with quality and compliance teams to embed best practices in all engineering processes.

About You

  • Proven experience in engineering leadership roles within regulated manufacturing environments.
  • Strong track record of building, developing, and inspiring high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead change and bring teams along on the journey toward shared success.
  • Deep understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks and quality management systems.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Degree-qualified in Engineering or related field; advanced qualifications advantageous.
