Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and diligent Production Specialist to join our manufacturing team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support daily production operations in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure seamless manufacturing, packing, cleaning, and operational activities meet production schedules.
  • Contribute as an active member of the production team in various roles or as directed by the Team Lead Operator/Process lead or Operations Supervisor.
  • Implement a quality-first approach in all manufacturing tasks, verifying documentation meets GDP standards.
  • Maintain production metrics and engage in regular team communication.
Working Schedule:

The working schedule involves two-cycle shifts, including day shifts from 7:00am – 7:00pm and night shifts from 7:00pm – 7:00am.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience preferably in a production environment.
  • Familiarity with regulated production settings is essential.
  • Demonstrated accuracy in data entry, documentation skills, and attention to detail.
  • Display a flexible approach and a 'can-do' attitude.
