Supply Chain Operations Manager

This role involves overseeing the efficient flow of inventory within our reverse supply chain operations, ensuring timely transitions and meeting critical customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Oversee and coordinate daily inventory movement for repair processes at both GXO and DHL logistics partners.
  • Alternate Repair Forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate forecasts for alternative repair needs, ensuring resources are appropriately allocated to support ongoing operations.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Build, distribute, and analyze reports to track performance, identify trends, and inform strategic decision-making within the reverse supply chain.
  • Warehouse Reconciliation: Conduct thorough reconciliation of warehouse inventory throughout the company, ensuring data accuracy and resolving discrepancies promptly.
  • Support Planning Team: Act as support for the wider planning team as required.
Requirements:
  • A degree or relevant experience in a planning environment.
  • Experience with SAP systems is essential for managing inventory and related processes.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
  • Masters Degree in Supply Chain or similar field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with strong analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail with a meticulous approach to managing inventory and reconciling records.
  • Problem-solving skills, with the capacity to identify and resolve issues efficiently, minimizing disruptions to the supply chain.

This is a full-time position based in Limerick, Ireland, with flexible working arrangements including work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.
