Supply Chain Optimization Specialist

This role is responsible for planning and managing the supply chain to ensure timely delivery of Surgical Vision products.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, with experience in materials planning and procurement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing regional deployment plans efficiently.
- Analyzing and resolving multi-site constraints to balance demand and supply.
- Reviewing distribution forecasts and coordinating movement between supply chain nodes.
- Verifying and integrating supply chain optimization data and forecasts.
Required skills and qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, data analytics, or related discipline required.
- Minimum 4 years of Planning and Supply Chain experience, including Materials Planning and/or Procurement, required.
- Experience in medical/pharmaceutical industry preferred.
- ERP (SAP/APO/SNP) and Advanced Planning Systems (OMP) experience preferred.
A high accuracy and attention to detail are required. Ability to translate complex business scenarios into simple working solutions is also necessary. Proficient user of MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint is required. Green Belt Six Sigma Certifications and Supply Chain Certification are desirable. English Proficiency Required.
