  • Develop and implement change management strategies that enhance our commitment to HIQA standards, driving continuous improvement and quality enhancement initiatives.">
  • Inspire and motivate staff to strive for excellence in resident care, leveraging your leadership expertise to foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.">
  • Design and conduct comprehensive audits of nursing care practices, identifying areas for improvement and developing targeted interventions to ensure regulatory compliance.">
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to receive and orient new residents, ensuring seamless transition into our care environment.">
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans, addressing the complex needs of each resident and promoting holistic well-being.">
  • Foster a positive and supportive work environment, supervising and evaluating care and nursing staff to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to excel in their roles.">
  • Ensure a safe and respectful environment for residents, staff, and visitors, upholding our values of compassion and empathy.">
  • Promote effective communication and collaboration among staff members through daily handovers, driving optimal care coordination and resident outcomes.">

Minimum Requirements:

  • ">
  • Nursing experience: Minimum 2 years in a nursing home setting in Ireland, with a minimum of 5 years' overall nursing experience.">
  • Management Experience: Preferably holds a Senior Staff Nurse or Clinical Nurse Manager qualification, but not essential as training can be provided.">
  • Communication skills: High level of English proficiency.">
  • Specialty: Interest in gerontology, infection control, or dementia care, with relevant courses undertaken.">
