Job Title: Guest Experience Manager

About the Role

The Assistant Guest Experience Manager plays a vital role in ensuring that every guest receives a truly exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Support: Supporting the Director of Guest Experience in overseeing the Guest Service Call Centre, Butlers, Guest Experience Executives, and Resort Activities.
  • Itinerary Planning: Assisting guests with planning their itinerary, ensuring all preferences are accurately noted and shared with relevant teams.
  • Room Inspection: Inspecting incoming VIG arrival rooms and suites to ensure everything meets Adare Manor standards.
  • Communication: Answering communications related to incoming VIG guests via phone and email.
  • Guest History: Reviewing guest history from previous visits and highlighting preferences and needs.
  • Bespoke Services: Supporting Guest Experience Executives and Butlers in delivering bespoke services to each guest.
  • Special Events: Planning and executing special events such as Christmas, Easter, Valentine's Day, 4th of July Celebrations, and Halloween.
  • Training and Development: Training, mentoring, and developing Guest Experience Executives and Butlers.
  • Document Management: Maintaining an up-to-date archive of documents and preferences to enhance future guest visits.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a genuine warmth and ability to build lasting relationships with our guests.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications: Experience in a 5-star/luxury property is essential.

Working Relationship: You will report to the Director of Guest Experience and work collaboratively with all departments across the resort.
