">About the Role:
- To provide specialist nursing care to patients with bleeding disorders, including haemophilia and von Willebrand disease.
- To work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive comprehensive care and support.
- To develop and implement treatment plans that meet the individual needs of patients.
- To provide education and training to patients, their families, and healthcare professionals on bleeding disorder management.
- To contribute to the development of clinical guidelines and policies related to bleeding disorders.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Significant experience as a Specialist Nurse in haemophilia and bleeding disorders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to travel to different locations as required.
