Operations Director

We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to drive efficiency, structure, and scale across our retail stores, e-commerce platform, and head office.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily operations across multiple sites.
  • Oversee financial management, budgeting, procurement, and compliance.
  • Manage human resources processes, including payroll, recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Support and develop store managers, oversee new store openings, and manage supplier relationships.
  • Own e-commerce operations, ensuring seamless integration with Shopify, logistics, and customer delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership on reporting, strategy, and business planning.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in retail operations or a related field.
  • Strong background in finance, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with expertise in Excel.
  • Solid knowledge of human resources, including compliance and employee management.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement policies and processes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
