Process Technician

The Role:

We seek a skilled technician to fill this challenging role in our manufacturing department.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Operate production processes in a safe, compliant, and efficient manner, ensuring accurate and timely completion of manual and electronic records.
  2. Use control systems to manufacture products in compliance with batch instructions, procedures, and good practices.
  3. Handle raw materials, products, and waste in and out of production and storage areas.
  4. Dispense materials for batches or quality services as needed.
  5. Sample raw materials, finished, and semi-finished products for operations and quality services.
  6. Operate fork trucks and material handling equipment.
  7. Complete site documentation, log books, and electronic records accurately and contemporaneously.
  8. Record all materials used for a batch according to procedures and good practices.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum educational qualification.
  2. Post-qualification certificate or diploma in manufacturing, engineering, or related field is desirable.
  3. Good understanding of environmental, health, safety, and quality compliance is essential.
  4. Certificate in operational excellence, Lean, Six-sigma is an advantage.
