Job Overview

As a seasoned construction professional, you will oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive construction systems. This includes defining project requirements, maintaining detailed reporting systems, and examining budgets to ensure projects are completed efficiently and within scope.

Main Responsibilities:
  • System Definition: Develop and maintain construction systems, including P&IDs and other relevant documents, to meet project needs.
  • Reporting and Records Management: Maintain accurate and detailed reporting systems in accordance with project requirements.
  • Budget Management: Examine and manage construction budgets to ensure realistic quantification and incorporation into project plans.
  • Project Coordination: Ensure interfaces between engineering and procurement deliverables fit logical sequences that suit commissioning and start-up requirements.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement Arcadis Health, Safety, Environment, Security (HSES) and quality policy among supervised staff and project contractors.

The ideal candidate will possess 10 years of lead construction experience, with expertise in managing projects in live biotech/pharma environments.
