In 2006, AWS initiated a cloud computing service to provide businesses with scalable infrastructure. A key benefit of this approach is the ability to replace upfront capital expenses with variable costs that align with business growth.

The cloud enables businesses to instantly deploy servers and deliver results faster, without requiring weeks or months of planning and procurement.

Data centre locations include U.S., Europe, Brazil, Singapore, Japan, and Australia.

We seek an experienced security specialist to manage chat queues, phone communications, generate/troubleshoot tickets, handle incoming chats, and provide customer support across our European and Israeli data centres.

This role involves implementing security awareness campaigns to enhance vigilance and effectiveness, managing workflow ticketing, and extracting/developing performance metrics.

Responsibilities also include configuring physical security devices, such as cameras, readers, and panels, and ensuring daily operational security across our data centre campuses.

About Our Team:

Our Advanced Security System Engineer (ASSET) team provides security support to AWS data centres in Europe and Israel.

We are seeking candidates with experience in data centre operations, exposure to physical security operations, configuration of security devices, excellent customer service skills, and management of chat queues and trouble tickets.

Candidates should have knowledge of physical security device configuration, including cameras, readers, and panels, experience working in data centre environments, SOC environments, and certification in Lenel Onguard programming.
