This position will be based in Dublin or London but will be responsible for EMEA-wide employment law support. You will partner effectively with cross-functional teams to provide practical advice and bring strategic and scalable solutions.

To succeed in this role, you will need 3+ years of post-qualification experience in labor and employment law in EMEA, with a strong understanding of employee-related matters, including performance and disciplinary matters, reorganisations, internal investigations, future of work programs, compensation and benefits, corporate transactions, and employment policies and procedures.
