Job Summary

Main Responsibilities
Support the Head of Quality, Risk, Compliance & Patient Administration by collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to implement quality improvement initiatives, monitor audits, and maintain document control systems. Coordinate Mental Health Tribunals, liaise with the Mental Health Commission, and provide guidance on the Mental Health Act 2001. Assist with the implementation of electronic patient records, maintain medical records, and support staff training. Manage incident reporting, trending, and analysis, as well as feedback management and data entry.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant clinical or healthcare setting, with a strong understanding of mental health services and regulations. Possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence people positively. Proficiency in IT, including quality management systems, electronic patient records, Outlook, Microsoft Excel, and Word.
