About the Role:

At Teamworx, we are seeking a highly skilled Watch Specialist / Jewelry Consultant to join our team in Limerick.

This role offers the opportunity to work with prestigious watch brands in a dynamic retail setting, providing expert advice and guidance to customers on luxury timepieces.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of various watch brands, movements, complications, and materials, and delivering an outstanding client experience through personalized service and consultation.

You will assist customers in selecting and purchasing watches based on their lifestyle and preferences, and perform basic watch maintenance, such as strap adjustments and battery replacements, where applicable.

Maintaining an organized and visually appealing watch display is also a key aspect of this role, ensuring all timepieces are presented to the highest standard.

Staying up-to-date with industry trends, new releases, and technical innovations is essential, as well as building strong relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and repeat business.

Supporting sales targets by actively engaging with customers and promoting watch collections is also crucial, working closely with other team members to ensure seamless store operations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in luxury retail, watch sales, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of horology, watch brands, and craftsmanship.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Passion for watches and ability to share enthusiasm with customers.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to providing high-quality service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Strong sales skills with a proactive approach to client engagement.
