Job Position

We are seeking a qualified Limerick Luxury Jewelry Sales professional to join our team at Teamworx Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, offering expert advice on luxury timepieces, and assisting clients in selecting the perfect watch to suit their needs.

Key Duties:
  1. Provide expert guidance to customers on luxury and premium watch collections.
  2. Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of various watch brands, movements, complications, and materials.
  3. Deliver exceptional client experiences through personalized service and consultation.
  4. Assist customers in selecting and purchasing watches based on their preferences and lifestyle.
  5. Ensure an organized and visually appealing watch display, presenting all timepieces to the highest standard.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new releases, and technical innovations.
  7. Build strong relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
  8. Support sales targets by actively engaging with customers and promoting watch collections.
Requirements:
  1. Previous experience in luxury retail, watch sales, or a related field is preferred.
  2. Strong knowledge of horology, watch brands, and craftsmanship.
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  4. Passion for watches and an ability to share that enthusiasm with customers.
  5. Commitment to providing high-quality service.
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
