Role Description:

As a Watch Specialist / Jewelry Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to customers on luxury timepieces.

You will develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of various watch brands, movements, complications, and materials, and deliver an outstanding client experience through personalized service and consultation.

You will assist customers in selecting and purchasing watches based on their lifestyle and preferences, and perform basic watch maintenance, such as strap adjustments and battery replacements, where applicable.

Maintaining an organized and visually appealing watch display is also a key aspect of this role, ensuring all timepieces are presented to the highest standard.

Staying up-to-date with industry trends, new releases, and technical innovations is essential, as well as building strong relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and repeat business.

Supporting sales targets by actively engaging with customers and promoting watch collections is also crucial, working closely with other team members to ensure seamless store operations.

Responsibilities:
