Key Role in Driving Business Success

This is a field-based position that plays a crucial role in driving the success of Toyota & Lexus Ireland's After Sales operations. The successful candidate will work closely with various teams to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and agree dealer targets, ensuring dealers understand how to interpret information and guide strategic business development.
  • Evaluate dealer facilities and capacity planning to realise market potential.
  • Monitor progress against business plans through regular reviews and analysis.
  • Conduct training sessions for dealer staff on after-sales processes and technologies.
  • Collaborate with sales managers to develop strategies for growing accessory sales.
  • Work with the After Sales Commercial Manager to achieve parts and accessory sales targets.
  • Partner with the Marketing department to implement Toyota & Lexus After Sales marketing strategy.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in Parts Management, Service Management or an After Sales management role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively.
  • Motor industry knowledge and expertise, including modern motor industry KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to motivate and influence others.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach, with a proactive attitude towards change.
