As a key team member, the After Sales Operations Manager plays a vital role in driving success.

The Job Description

This is a field-based position involving close collaboration with After Sales Managers and Dealer Principals to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.

We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious individual to join our operations as an After Sales Manager. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a Parts Manager, Service Manager or After Sales management role for a minimum of 2-3 years.

Key responsibilities include negotiating dealer targets, designing business plans to improve market position, evaluating facilities and capacity planning, and monitoring progress against the business plan via regular reviews.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, including strong presentation skills, coaching and motivation skills, and a good knowledge of the modern motor industry, including relevant KPIs.

Additionally, the successful candidate will work with sales managers and staff to develop strategies aimed at growing accessory sales, collaborate with dealers to maximise retention programmes, and assist in enhancing customer experience.

With a focus on problem-solving, analytical thinking, and leadership, we are looking for a driven and ambitious individual who can demonstrate in-depth knowledge of all initiatives and attend weekly meetings and training when required.
