Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Accountant to join our team. As a Senior Practice Accountant, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing financial statements, acting as a key point of contact for clients, and supporting partners in managing assignments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation and review of financial statements across various industries.
  • Client liaison and advisory services.
  • Supporting partners in assignment management.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA) with at least 3 years' practice experience in a small or medium-sized Irish firm.
  • Strong background in accounts preparation, tax compliance, and general practice services.
  • Experience managing client portfolios, ideally SMEs and owner-managed businesses.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Organised, commercially aware, and able to prioritise multiple deadlines.
  • IT-savvy with strong MS Office skills.
