
Development Expert in High-Speed Photonics Devices

We seek a highly motivated researcher to contribute to the development of high-speed electro-absorption modulated laser devices.
This project aims to commercialize an innovative, cost-effective method for producing high-speed EML chips addressing market demand for 400G and 800G optical network upgrades.
- Contribute to the design, testing and optimization of high-speed EML devices
- Develop novel materials and manufacturing techniques for high-speed EML devices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring the technology to commercialization
Key Roles:
- Device Design and Optimization: Develop and optimize designs for high-speed EML devices to meet performance and yield requirements
- Materials Research: Investigate novel materials and their properties for application in high-speed EML devices
- Manufacturing Process Development: Collaborate with manufacturers to develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes for high-speed EML devices
- Technology Commercialization: Work with cross-functional teams to bring the technology from laboratory to market
