Strategic Asset Manager

This role offers an exceptional opportunity to lead the strategic and operational delivery of asset management within our organisation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive asset management strategy, ensuring effective maintenance and optimization of our property portfolio while adhering to all statutory, regulatory and health and safety standards.

This includes:

  • Delivering strategic priorities and plans relating to Asset Management, ensuring good quality customer services through delivering a range of comprehensive services to meet identified needs and aspirations, and ensuring financial viability.
  • Providing vision, leadership and management in delivering customer-focused, efficient and effective Asset Management services.
  • Leading on the delivery of our asset management strategy, maximising the return on investment of our property portfolio.
  • Ensuring compliance with all statutory, contractual, and property-related Health and Safety legislation.
  • Managing annual budgets in collaboration with Finance to avoid unnecessary overspend or underspend at year end.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to deliver seamless services across housing, asset and property management functions.
  • Promoting effective communications, excellence in customer service and continuous service improvement in all aspects of our work.
