Portfolio Manager Job Opportunity
A key role exists for an experienced Portfolio Manager to join a leading real estate investment firm. The successful candidate will play a vital part in managing and growing our high-quality residential portfolio on behalf of institutional investors.
The Role:
- Oversee and enhance performance across our Private Rental Sector (PRS) portfolio by analyzing data, identifying opportunities, and implementing strategies.
- Support investment analysis and execution of new acquisitions through market research, financial modeling, and due diligence.
- Assist in capital raising efforts (debt & equity) by developing relationships with investors, presenting investment opportunities, and negotiating terms.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives to drive growth, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall portfolio value.
Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience in real estate investment or asset management with a proven track record of success.
- Strong financial and analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Argus software.
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or mathematics with a CFA or MBA being a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organisational skills with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
A positive attitude and passion for real estate investment and asset management are essential for this role.
