Instant Payments Solutions Manager

Embark on a career-shaping role with our UK and Europe Domestic Payments team in Dublin. Contribute your expertise in product management, development, commercialization, industry knowledge, and strategic thinking to drive success.
The position will focus on the strategic advancement, development, and commercialization of Instant Payments solutions in UK and Europe, combining synergies from industry developments, regulations, infrastructure, and client needs to create best-in-class payments solutions.
- Develop and evolve the Instant Payments strategy for existing and new capabilities – including pricing strategy.
- Own the strategy of Instant payments for UK and Europe, working with global teams to build on existing solutions and create a winning proposition.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage best-in-class Risk and Controls for Instant Payments across our clusters.
- Lead the development book of work for UK and Europe - including requirements, development, execution, and commercialization of Instant payments in relevant markets.
Requirements:
- Significant Product Management experience.
- Knowledge of the UK and Europe financial services industry.
- Strategic mindset closely following latest trends in own field and adapting them for application within own job and the business.
- Experience in partnership management, business development, and strategic planning.
