Job Overview:

The role of Instant Payments Expert is a challenging position that requires an individual with expertise in establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Application Development: Conduct feasibility studies, create time and cost estimates, plan IT systems, analyze risks, develop models, and establish new applications to meet specific business needs.
  • Project Management: Monitor and control all phases of the development process, including analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation. Provide user and operational support on applications to business users.
  • Solution Design: Utilize in-depth knowledge of applications development to analyze complex problems/issues, evaluate business processes, and make informed decisions.
  • Security Measures: Recommend and develop security measures in post-implementation analysis to ensure successful system design and functionality.
  • Consulting: Consult with users/clients and other technology groups on issues, recommend advanced programming solutions, and install customer exposure systems.
  • Operational Support: Ensure essential procedures are followed and help define operating standards and processes.
  • Mentorship: Serve as advisor or coach to new or lower-level analysts.
  • Risk Management: Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding clients and assets.

Requirements:

  • Experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications.
  • Experience in managing and implementing successful projects.
  • Working knowledge of consulting/project management techniques/methods.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
