Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Payments Specialist to join our team. As a Payments Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging with clients across the project lifecycle, gathering requirements, and delivering high-quality outcomes.

About the Role
  • You will work closely with client business/IT teams, internal development teams, and payments product vendors.
  • You will interact with business owners, product teams, vendors, application owners, external and internal customers to identify requirements and deliver within stipulated timelines.
  • You will manage the delivery of engagement outcomes for clients.
  • You will participate actively in high-level business and project review meetings for payments system modernization/transformation.
Responsibilities
  1. Gather, analyze, and document requirements from business stakeholders.
  2. Collaborate with delivery and implementation teams to ensure domain inputs are provided and solutions are delivered and implemented effectively.
  3. Work with technical teams to ensure requirements are clear and well understood.
Requirements

We are looking for an experienced Payments Specialist with 3+ years of experience in the field. The ideal candidate should have expertise in messaging schemas and message formats, proven experience in business analysis of payment solutions, and excellent communication skills with the ability to lead domain discussions with BFSI customers.
