Accounts Payable Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Payable professional to join our team on a temporary basis. As an AP Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process invoices and payments in accordance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Manage daily queries and maintain vendor relationships.
  • Verify invoices for correct coding, approvals, and compliance with tax requirements.
  • Support weekly payment runs and bank reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide reports as needed.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable, preferably in a multinational or regional organization.
  • Familiarity with Oracle NetSuite (or similar ERP) is an advantage.
  • Solid understanding of local tax and accounting compliance.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

This is an individual contributor role focused on day-to-day AP operations, working closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth invoice processing and payment.
