**Job Description:**
The Clinical Nurse Manager I Paediatrics is responsible for leading and managing a team of nurses and support colleagues to deliver high-quality patient care. This includes developing and implementing policies and procedures related to the administration of medicines, maintaining accurate records and reports, and contributing to the development of nursing policies and procedures.
**Responsibilities:**
- Lead and manage a team of nurses and support colleagues.

**Requirements:**
- Registered dual-qualified (general and paediatrics) nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
- Minimum of 3 years recent experience in surgical services.
- Demonstrate leadership skills and ability to influence others.
