Medical Device Design Specialist

About the Role

This is a highly impactful project at the forefront of medical device innovation. You will be supporting the design and development of a cutting-edge drug delivery system working in a collaborative environment with opportunities for long-term career growth.

  • Responsibilities:
  • - Support the development of customer and design input requirements.
  • - Ensure engineers are working to relevant standards.
  • - Participate in project status reviews and product design reviews.
  • - Guide statistical methods for sampling plans, data analysis, and design of experiments.
  • - Support design verification testing and risk management activities.
  • - Ensure timely completion of all quality assurance deliverables.
  • - Track project progress and maintain records.
Requirements

To succeed in this role you will need:

  • Experience in Medical Device Design & Development
  • Strong Understanding of Design Controls and Regulatory Standards (FDA, ISO, IEC)
  • Excellent Documentation and Process Optimisation Skills
  • Experience with Risk Management and Verification Testing
  • Ability to Work Independently
  • Ample Direct Experience in a Related Role
