Financial Operations Manager

The Property Operations Accountant plays a key role in the Asset Management Team, overseeing operational finances and expenditure for residential apartment blocks and land/sites.
About This OpportunityThis is a new opportunity to join a rapidly expanding organisation with scope for development as the mandate evolves.
Key Responsibilities:- Capture and analyse monthly expenditure in respect of all block and land management operations.
- Analyse financial data and reports submitted by external block operations service providers.
- Consolidate all operational expenditure data into an overall performance report for the portfolio of assets/apartment blocks.
- Monitor financial KPIs in respect of block operations.
- Provide variance analysis in respect of actual expenditure and block operational budgets.
- Benchmark operating costs across the portfolio to identify variances, trends, and potential cost efficiencies.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in property management accounts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent relationship management skills (both internal and external).
- Ability to work independently; should be initiative-taking and action-oriented.
- Knowledge and/or experience of public procurement would be an advantage.
