Process Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Process Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing process, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of quality and efficiency in our production processes.
Job Description:
As a Process Development Specialist, your primary role will be to support the development and implementation of new processes and technologies that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and develop solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or science discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a regulated industry.
- Strong knowledge of automation systems, process controls, and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and lean manufacturing principles.
