Part-time Retail Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced retail leader to join our team on a part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead shifts to ensure exceptional customer service and high store standards.
  • Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to health and safety guidelines.
  • Merchandise the store, including preparation of food and coffee.
  • Generate sales leads for the fuel card team.
  • Clean the store to maintain a tidy and organized environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in retail leadership.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for delivering high standards and excellent customer service.
  • Able to work with and lead a diverse team.
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and ambition for personal growth.
