Job Title: Financial Transaction Specialist
">">- Description: In this dynamic role, you will play a pivotal part in the Accounts Payable department. Your primary responsibilities will include invoice processing, where you will meticulously review invoices for accuracy and ensure seamless integration with purchase orders and goods received notes.
- Key Responsibilities:
Invoice Control: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including purchasing managers, site teams, and surveyors, to obtain necessary approvals for invoices.
Reconciliation: Conduct thorough reconciliations of supplier statements to guarantee precision and resolve any discrepancies that may arise.
Payment Processing: Following approval and reconciliation, recommend both Mid-Month and Month-End payment runs to the accounts team for timely payment. - Skills and Qualifications: This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. You should possess proficiency in SAP and have a solid understanding of financial transactions.
