The successful candidate will be responsible for providing specialist palliative nursing care to children and their families. This will include:

  • Assessing and planning care to meet the individual needs of each child
  • Delivering high-quality care through effective collaboration with other healthcare professionals
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of care and making adjustments as necessary

You will also be responsible for participating in research and audit activities, contributing to education and clinical practice, and facilitating the implementation of evidence-based practice within the organization.
